Today is weigh-in day and it was not a good weigh-in at all. Today is also Leg day and halfway though my workout I got dizzy so I stopped and tried cardio. I was dizzy doing cardio so today sucked as far as my workout goes. I havent been documenting my macros and they are way out of whack. This has been changed starting today. I must do better at documenting because I have seen very little gains in the past 3 weeks and it is due to me NOT SEEING what I eat. Next week will be better.
