The NSW Government is committed to reducing violence against women, and just this year launched major reforms aimed at tackling the problem. Dale is a former Principal of Endeavour Sports High School and has been a teacher since 1976.He became involved with White Ribbon in 2009 when his school became one of the first schools in Australia to undertake the White Ribbon Breaking the Silence Schools Program. Dale has not only left a positive mark on his school, but has also been awarded the 2013 Director-General’s Award for Educational Leadership and the 2014 Director’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to Public Education.
