Today it was a nice CX day. I felt great and I was able to take the victory in Maceda, where I have a lot of family and where the school that bears my name is located, a club that celebrates now its tenth anniversary said José after finishing the race in the village where his parents are from. The Multivan-Merida rider was positioned in the middle of the grid and needed a couple of kilometers to get to the head of the race. From that moment he has led solo the last 5 laps. Im happy because the feelings have been good and Im finding that explosivity that I want to improve for 2015. The workouts Im doing in this direction are paying off and today I was able to ride fast right from the start and take my heart rate very high, highlighted the man from Puigcerdà. After this CX Castelo de Maceda race, that also served to determine the champions of Galicia, Hermida finished the 3 CX races that he had scheduled, but he does not dismiss attending the Spanish Championships.
