Today it will be made official. My son will walk across the stage in the gwinnett arena and become a high school graduate. I am not sure who all knows our whole journey to get here but nick has always been here by my side. I still remember kindergarten. I took him to class at cumming elementary and shed a tear like most parents. We have come a long way and I am prouder than there are words to convey. I really am excited for my son to go off to college and to figure out what career he will do and how he will become more and more independent. Just hopefully not too independent. I do not worry at all about him succeeding at college or a career afterwards. His high school career has pretty much been all his decisions. My Dad told me when I brought nick home from the hospital that my job would be to prepare him to leave the house. Papa would be so incredible proud of him too. Okay I could ramble all day. Happy graduation day nick!!
