Today l am celebrating my birthday, I know that you see my presence on FB daily as l like to share my practices of mindful awareness so right now l want to share with you the value of presence rather than presents (dont get me wrong l do love to receive them and give them too) however l know when l receive a smile, a message from a friend, a note from someone it lets me know that person is thinking of me which means a lot to me and certainly puts a smile on my dial, Most of the time it is the little things in life that mean so much, of course it is wonderful to see you in person and this is one of the things that l do like about FB is that I can spread the feelings of Celebrating Life with you and all the wonderful things it has to offer like Fun, Laughter, Love, Joy, Happiness, Peace, excitement for living life the best way l know how!
