Today many woke up with double greetings, happy new month and happy independents Nigerians. Many ofcourse questioned the later. All of us have come to be Nigerians either by design or otherwise. The fact remains that we cant tel why we are. Bt upon birth the names we bear are those whom we see as parents name us, wthout our conscent the chose for a name they think befits us. In many cases, they say the names we bear shapes to a great extent our destiny, bt how true is this? Today, we celebrate a country whose people came to being by divine design or providence, bt the name we bear, given by those who feels we should bear that. Not just that, we were forced into a marriage in 1914 hundred years ago, and fred 1960, 54 years ago. Now my problem is this. Many of us PLEDGE TO NIGERIA OTHERS PLAY WITH NIGERIA OUR OWN DEAR COUNTRY. We strive to do every thing for nigeria and i ask. WHAT HAS NIGERIA DONE FOR US? We trainned ourselves, yet we serve nigeria, we obeyed the clarion call, we lifted our nation, under the sun or in the rain, with dedication and selflesness. NIGERIA, DO SOMETHING FOR US. Build our schools, construct our roads, create jobs, encourage agriculture. Dont you think this the reason for militancy, insurgencies and strikes. Do well Nigeria. Goodluck do something for us.
