Today marked a milestone that Spirit was more ready for them I was. He didnt want to go back in his crate as I was leaving this morning. He even ran as fast as his little wobbly rear end would take him, to keep from going back in. I didnt have the heart to force him in when he so badly wanted to stay out. Spirit has spent the entire day outside of his crate and done beautifully. Hes made a mess of the cat room, but thats ok - easy to clean that up. When my youngest checked on his through-out the day, he was found cuddled with Karma once and cuddled with Josie the second time. When I got home, he was cuddling with both of them! Our special boy has found his place in our family. Hes showing a level of confidence that I sure didnt expect to see so quickly. Hes even staying out of the crate when Mason enters the room now. So proud of you Spirit. So very, very proud of you.
