Today marked the start of the SDSC tournaments transfer season with Dodgers FC giving Dimmies United Jayden Eales so that the competition we face isnt as easy! We wish Jayden Eales the best at his new home, and we hope this trade doesnt affect the Dodgers run of results in the long run. The results didnt seem to be affected by the arrival of Jayden Eales at Dimmies United however with todays score line being in favour with Dodgers FC once again. This win still ensures that Dodgers FC remained undefeated during this season. The scoring opened when Jayden Gardener missed a shot but then regathered his composure to sweetly strike the ball of the wall into the pole to give his team a 1-0 lead! This lead was shortly increased once again after a mix up in the back half for Dimmies United saw Jayden Gardener score his second when he stole the ball off Ben Scotts boot and toe poked the ball to the top of the goal to give Dodgers FC a 2-0 lead and put Jayden Gardener on top of the scoring leaderboard with his seventh goal in three games! Dimmies United then were given a clear-cut penalty when Joel Kelly accidentally handled the ball with his arm inside the box. Christian Lambrou, the new signing for Dimmies United, stepped up to the spot and converted the penalty and made the scoreline 2-1. Dimmies United continued to attack and threaten Dodgers FC, however the Dodgers FC players defense was resilient in allowing Dimmies United an equaliser. Thanks to Dimmies United once again for the great game and hopefully now the competition can be a little more competitive due to the arrival of Jayden Eales at Dimmies United! Debuts today: Matt Sunderland (Dodgers FC), Jacob Khalil (Dodgers FC) and Christian Lambrou (Dimmies United)
