Today marks 8 weeks since I had knee replacement surgery and I was able to achieve a major rehab goal. I was able to walk the 1 mile loop around our neighborhood with Lora! Didnt have to stop and rest and the walk was pain free. It took us 25 minutes and 22 seconds. Not a world record pace for walking 1 mile but good progress. I havent been able to walk that far without knee pain for over 10 years. I feel blessed that the surgery and recovery have gone so well!
