Today marks 9 months since the accident: kind of like the rebirth of Kyle Kraft ! So many miracles have happened the last nine months. Miracles that I have seen with my own eyes and felt with my heart. Many of the doctors and nurses held out little hope for a good recovery for him in the beginning, but look at him now! A lot of the confusion has and is clearing up, even though parts of his brain still remain scrambled. We continue to believe that in time these things will heal also. Even though he is still missing large gaps of time in his memories, they are slowly starting to come back. He is physically improving each day. Even his negative mindset is starting to erode (Thank you Lord!). He is becoming more aware of his surroundings and just how blessed he is. He realizes now that as bad as it was, it could have been worse! His compassion for other people less fortunate than himself is returning. His sense of humor is coming back very strong. I continue to thank God for sparing his life, and healing his mind and body. Thank you again to everyone who has also continued to pray for his recovery. I know that it is in direct response to prayer that he is where he is today. A walking, talking, miracle man!
