Today marks my one year anniversary with my current employer. Those of you who know my story and struggles will understand that this is quite an accomplishment for me. Im grateful to have loving and encouraging people in my life like my mother, Sandy Hall, my mentor Cynthia Hanson Tripp, my friend Ken Keate and plenty of others.
