Today marks my three month anniversary with SurveyHealthCare. Not since joining Epocrates in 2004 have I been so excited working with a company that has both the asset (panel) as well as the intellectual capital (the people). SHC was founded by Jerry Arbittier, Jerry was one of the original guys involved in on-line physician and allied healthcare recruitment in the early 2000’s. It’s been several years since I worked for someone who understands the business we are in and who’s focus is not simply on revenue generation and profitability. I worked for some of the most prestigious firms in the industry and I have never seen such a dedicated, proactive group of individuals. The focus is not on the dollars its on repeat business, relationships and getting the studies completed on time. Every study without exception I have worked on since joining has gone extremely well both quantitative and qualitative. As you can see I am ecstatic!
