Today marks the 50th Anniversary of President John F. Kennedys assassination...It was indeed a sad day for America and I remember it vividly! What had started out as a busy morning at Broncho Chevrolet tuned into a quite, somber and eerily quite afternoon...a scenario that repeated itself across the entire country. Clearly obvious that Americans everywhere were experiencing a great sense of loss and grief! Although not a big supporter of Kennedy initially, I came to like him over the years since his election in 1960. He was personable, outgoing, and clearly loved his country! John Kennedy remains the only Roman Catholic ever elected to office of President...May he Rest In Peace!
