Today marks the 70th Anniversary of the D-day invasion at Normandy, France. While I believe we should honor our soldiers and veterans every day, today marks a turning point for the European theater and began our march to oust Hitler. My great-uncle, Grayson Harmon was there and I am very proud of him and all of the men who were part of that day. Many of those men are no longer with us, but if you have someone in your life who served in World War II, take a moment to tell them thank you before you no longer can. I love you and miss you Uncle Gray. Thank you for your service.
