Today marks the day for the Final Countdown! 10 days till the last chemotherapy infusion for my wife! It has only been 18 weeks but has felt like a lifetime to get so close through the harshest part of her treatment, the next phases will not be as aggressive or be plagued with all the extreme side effects. I look forward to everyday after the chemo stops for Dori Abella to be able to feel the normalcy of her life to comeback to her and even though she will have 4 weeks of radiation and still face an infusion of Herceptin every 3 weeks till next August those will be easier to contend with after what she has endured! She is my Best Friend, My Lover, the Mother of my Children, but most of all SHE IS MY WIFE!!!
