Today my 9 lb Yorkie got out of the fence and my daughter and I was trying to catch her. She went on the street next to ours (Scarlett Oaks) and we were driving in our car. She ran up to the mail man and was barking. He was trying to stomp her head, kick her and was spraying mace @ her. The whole time I was saying Sir she doesnt bite! He tried to hand my daughter whos 16 the can of mace and was telling her here spray her and I bet she wont get out again! My daughter was upset! She wrote down his truck # and tried to file a complaint on her own. It wouldnt work online so she asked me to call. I called and spoke to a manager named Julian. He was so rude to me! Wouldnt let me finish what I was trying to tell him and told me they have 1,000s of dog bites each year by dogs that owners say dont bite! I said ok I understand but do you have to be so rude to me? He hung up on me! I called back and he answered. I asked if he was the supervisor I was just speaking to that hung up on me. He said yes! I said sir that is so unprofessional and rude. I asked what his name was and he said he wouldnt tell me that it didnt matter! He said the mail men can kick, stomp or spray any dog that comes near them. Then he hung up on me again! I called back a third time & was able to get his name & his supervisors name. I can not believe they are allowed to talk to people this way!!! And then to hang up on me? Twice!?
