Today, my daughter Jessica started her 6 weeks O.J.T. (on the job training) at the main office of ArcelorMittal Luxembourg. She will be working in the Human Resource Dept. and will be trained to function as a normal employee. This training scheme is a requirement prior to her finishing her secondary studies. My son Vincent had the chance to do his O.J.T. in the same company, same office but in the I.T. dept. last year. They are both lucky to have the chance to be accepted and trained in this company because ArcelorMittal is an International company and Luxembourgs largest company.
