Today. ..my first day back to working out since Saturday. My stomach was still off a little but I worked it hard. I love when my sis pushes me.... except for when Im doing KBS and shes sitting directly in front of me. If that kettlebell slips while in swinging motion, you know where its going! Today was a Tabata workout which is a fast paced rounds with brief rest in between movements. My arms are shot. .in a good way! I also got on the treadmill and ran 20 of the 30 minutes I was on there! All in all today was good. I needed this to get back on track because sitting in that easy chair was feeling awfully good. No turning back! Do you!
