Today my friend and I went to The Big Slice and ordered their creamy spinach pizza on a gluten-free crust. It was fantastic! Lots of spinach on white sauce, covered with gooey, chewy mozzarella. Just enough garlic to make it interesting, and because the crust was gluten-free, it did not overpower the toppings like a wheat crust might. I will definitely be back to order this again! A nice pizza pie for $12, the perfect size for two people to split, though it was so good I could have polished off the whole thing by myself with no problem!
