Today my mother marilyn jean passed away to be with the lord. She was 91 years old. I was blessed to be able to hold her in my arms and pray while she passed over. I asked the lord to let me do this when she died awhile back and he honored this. My mom was an old fashioned mother. She stayed home and minded the house and raised 8 childeren. She kept a wood stove burning for 39 years in our old vashon farm house. She chopped wood and had a pet pony named mr. Ed. He would walk into the house sometimes and stick his head in the window and try to eat our dinner! My mother was shy and had no social life. She won 3 beauty contests in high school. She was a gentle person but bold and strict like Ma Kettle! Lol! she never learned to drive a car and never graduated from high school because of issues with ww2. She was a strong women in my eyes she prayed for my dads salvation and it came to pass. She told me about christ and she dressed humble and wore old clothes and no makeup hardly ever. God bless my old fashioned christian mama. I will forget you not (Her favorite flower) i love you and will see you in heaven one day. đđđąđ
