Today my organization made a public introduction of me and my role as Managing Director of their new LGBTQ Strategic Initiative. The responsiveness, even prior to this introduction, says volumes about how vital it is for institutions to provide support and remain mindful of the ways employees become more efficient and effective representatives and advocates of the organization, when they can show up fully. Lots of work, so many impending conversations and new acronyms, that Ive created Excel spreadsheets to track them; but Im the right guy for the job: good listener, responsive, assets and solutions-driven. Off to Vegas today to listen and strategize with great purpose. Good day, fam!
