Today my two daughters Brittany Fenwick and Chelsea Fenwick came over for a sleep over since we have our first family meeting with UCI in the morning. After making a Target raid, we return to my house and find my neighbor, Dan Coleman, dressed in work overalls, on a ladder, cleaning out my rain gutter that, unbeknownst to me, had filled with mud and debris and water with nowhere to go except down the side of my house and into my foundation. I never said a word to him about having rain gutter issues, ever. He never asked me if I had rain gutter issues ever, and never told me he was going to jump on a ladder, right after a long day at work, and repair it for me. He simply did it out of the goodness of his heart. He said he was concerned due to this storm thats coming. My girls were blown away and I was brought to tears. The least I can do is promote his business with a plug. If anyone is considering refinancing or doing anything with your mortgage or home, Dan is your man. Anyone who would do a self-less act of kindness like this, you should consider doing business with. Thank you Dan, from my entire family. You are one awesome friend and neighbor. And thank you Lord!!
