Today of course we have two of the best musicians in town playing at the Mean Woman Grill, both doing work that you will normally not hear them doing anywhere else. John Sprott is certainly a Lubbock musical legend and hes on stage at 11:30am, playing sweet old rock and roll, but probably a little Brazilian Jazz, maybe a few Mexican guitar classics and a lot more. We get some real talent for this and remember that Tina Turner, the Queen of Rock Violin, will be moving to Austin at the end of the year so if you havent caught her show, you really need to. We are pretty sure now that Tina is a Vampire. How else can you explain the fact that she just celebrated her 50th birthday, yet she looks like shes 30. Cant explain it any other way.
