Today on I Havent Been To Yoga Class In Two Weeks: Chaturanga to up-dog still only flows well a few times before it starts to get messy. My right shoulder is weaker than my left. My hips are pretty open (❤️ Pigeon), but my hip flexors need work to get stronger. Crow comes and goes; I brain it too much. My upper body wants to be stronger for arm balances. No full headstands today, but worked on going from Crow to tripod. My back is very bendy, which is good and bad. Backbends are easy; but I tend to arch when I shouldnt. September starts my own personal yoga challenge. Each month Im picking a standing balance, an arm balance and an inversion, and I will work on those three things specifically during my home practice for one month. Progress. :)
