Today on KYMA; Finally a complaint has been filed against Bully Alarcon, ooopps sorry Sergeant had to cheat on a test allegedly Alarcon. They have 10 days to respond, they responded a while back on the Blue Flame they said she was drunk & she deserved it, do you all remember that? They all blasted her picture & made fun of her & victimized her even more. Some would consider it a racist slur, yeah I could see how she wouldnt like to be called a pinchi puta. Puppet Tabarez, AGAIN you need to quit giving interviews, its so pathetic no wonder the Interim City Manager yells at you! btw I can actually say I am NOT grateful for the Bullies you defend & cover for but then again they got you your position you gotta pay back the favor. Grow some balls & do what is right & let the truth come out quit covering for all your Bullies. Im sure JPIA is having another caniption fit with this one & all the other complaints & lawsuit your Department has generated. Again your Department is a disgrace & a HUGE liability to this city. I so hope that investigation cleans house one day.
