Today, on the way back fom getting some errands done, I got into a heated argument with my mother regarding the money she illegally appropriated some years ago from my RESP after threatening me if I didnt sign. David, Moms husband, escalated the situation further, when I simply wanted to go upstairs and ignore matters. When this happened, I lost control of my emotions, and I assaulted David, for which there is now pictorial evidence. In the heat of the moment, I also uttered death threats. However, I maintain that David was responsible for escalating the situation, and he completely denied the fact that anything illegal took place with regard to the money, which I, [my father], and Bob Kapitany, my spiritual advisor, know is true. This has to do with the fact that the money, in the tens of thousands of dollars, was withdrawn not for an educational purpose, but to pay a debt that was between my mother and father. In writing this, I dont deny that I committed a crime, but I claim diminished or no responsibility, based on medical conditions that were exacerbated by Davids insistence on continuing the conversation to the point where I ripped his shirt and scratched his face. I have been told by David (who, as I said previously, denies that any wrong was done) that I have to move out ASAP. As of now, charges have not been filed against me, but I may also need a lawyer. I am posting this here for posterity, in the hope that the truth will come out.
