Today, our business has received a complain call from a madame. She seems to upset about not getting her order of egg roll and cheese wonton. We tried to explain to her that we only count the items that we put into the plastic bag, not the items that she spoke of. Everyone could make mistakes, it could be our workers didnt hear her order. However, we always and only count the items that we put into the plastic bag to prevent errors like this, we never overcharge. Still, madame wasnt happy about it, she said whatever, I wont come back. We are sorry that she is not satisfy with our company and service. We would like her to come back. But, we just want to clarify one thing that we never overcharge any of our customer.
