Today our precious Everleigh will have surgery. I am sharing the words from my nephews heart that he posted this morning.. (Copied and Pasted from Jim-Ed Metts, Everleighs Daddy.) ~ As I sit here watching my little girl sleep I cant help but feel an overwhelming sense of peace. All the Prayers, thoughts, kind words, and gifts are astounding. God put this little girl in our lives for a reason and we know she has a great purpose. Id be lying if I said Im not afraid, Id be lying if I said Im not worried, or nervous. But I know that our Lord is The Master Surgeon, and these Drs and Nurses are his assistants. Ive never been a facebooker Ive never posted my life through social media, but the encouraging words and prayers have truly helped Zhade and I cope with this difficult (but temporary) situation. We truly have the greatest support we could ask for. I want to thank each person for helping us maintain positivity. We know that no matter what the diagnosis is that its curable. But we also know that this is Our Little Girl, that many of you helped us pray for for many years before she changed our lives on 1/31/14. I just want to tell all of you Thank You! And we love each and every one of you! May God Bless Each of you! Please Continue your thoughts and prayers! Weve got a long road ahead of us, but we know we arent alone!
