Today pad is expected to seek circle option of newly promoted scale officers .they will get ten circles to opt on the same pattern on which scale 1 to 2 fast track channel was given all out of patents circle for what reason even god do not knows . successful candidates are only 47 PC of vacancies so accordingly circle wise vacancies will be reduced resulting into huge displacement and refusal Yesterday met some competition authorities at ho and gave one unsolicited advice that due not reduce circle wise vacancies and try to retain officers in fgmo area so refusal is minimized and in circles where people do not opt try to fill later on with direct officers and recruit at least additional 1500 direct officers so man power shortage is met But since our cmd sir is rigid and inflexible in hr matters I doubt my suggestion will be accepted shared with him through SMS .in our bank human resource is meant for riles rules are not framed to serve human resources.
