The main weather highlights this morning continue to surround the potential for accumulating snow tonight into Thursday morning. Latest models continue to support widespread precip beginning late this afternoon and evening over the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles and expanding south and east into the remainder of Oklahoma and North Texas after midnight. Confidence is very high in the occurrence of rain mixing with then transition to snow over much of the area overnight. We could see up to 1/2 in around the area. Our temps are forecast to stay at or above freezing so we dont expect and school delays or closures on Thursday morning. (Sorry kids). Higher totals farther west you go. Over all this should a good rain event for our watersheds. (fingers crossed) !!
