Today rolls like this...... We open at 2pm.... Cigar City Brewing event day features at the start their Dark Woods 8.8% chocolaty porter aged on sugar maple, American oak & French oak hopped w/ HBC 291 & pacific hops as well as their Jose Marti American Porter on tap. Also on tap is the Jai Alai, this IPA was kegged 3 days ago showing again the quality of freshness in every sip. At 3PM is a local Hot Sauce festival here inside the gallery w/ 4 local Hot sauce companies set up for samples & purchases.... fresh & local again marvels the taste buds..... 5PM a very special keg from Cigar City Brewing is flowing from the taps named Citrus Wizard.... this is a 7.4% American Red Ale aged on Orange Wood, Spanish Cedar & then dry hopped w/ Motueka hops & further aged on Citrus elements..... 5PM also features a can chicken dinner plate special up at the Witches BBQ Den using Cigar City Cubano-style espresso Brown Ale cans to burst the whole chickens w/ an enormous flavor while it bakes in the oven w/ the Can in it & filled w/ special seasonings & herbs..... then we roll into the night in concert mode w/ International touring act The Soul Rebels bringing the courtyard to its feet from 9:30-11:30pm.... that is how we roll the first day of November here at the Witch... CHEERS !!
