Today,s video Paget,s disease This patient admitted in our ICU in Embaba Fever Hospital with severe pneumonia and pleural effusion , He was mechanically ventilated, weaned and was put on T-tube the patient had gross deformity in the tibia (Sabre tibia ) , he had had the deformity for more than 30 years and was asymptomatic . Paget,s disease of bones (osteititis deformans ) is common and frequency increase with age ,The sites most commonly involved include the pelvis,spine femur , skull and tibia . Complications include : congestive cardiac failure ,deafness, and the rare but serious complication of osteogenic sarcoma which should be considered if there is rapid swelling
