Today saw the most important race event in the Obstacle Kit Ltd calendar. Oscar, the youngest member of the Obstacle Kit team took on his very first sports day at the tender age of 3 years and 3 months. Despite the humid conditions and his instance on keeping things casual and not wearing his 2XU/Inov-8 gear, Oscar smashed the ~15m sprint. Perhaps annihilated is too strong a word to describe how he left the competition in a race comprised of toddlers, but thats what happened :-) In his second race of the day, the gruelling partner-hand-holding-sprint, Osc ditched his partner a few metres into the race, made up the lost ground and grabbed a second victory. Tim had similar sucess in the Dads race by crossing the line in first, though he was still grumpy from being banned from wearing his X-Talons... Victory was celebrated in traditional fashion with a glass of milk and a Chia Charge Sea Salt flapjack :-)
