Today so-called Corporate Leadership tells you Dont be in your comfort zone . I have always opposed this thought. Regardless of whether you choose to be in a path of Challenge (or of Ease), the end goal man seeks is COMFORT ― lets accept it. With challenge you learn to fallback and with ease you may not; but if one is already comfortable and doesnt want to experiment so be it ― to me he/she has already reached the destination. COMPLACENCY CANNOT BE MISTAKEN FOR COWARDICE!
