Today someone asked me... What would you change about your past if you could? A million things immediately came to mind. I have lied. I have stolen. I have been emotionally absent from those who needed me most. I have used people for my own personal gain. I could list my regrets all day. But what would I change? The answer to that question is nothing. In the last six months, I have learned so much about myself and people in general. Without having been beaten up by life like I was, Im sure I would have never taken the time to look at myself as closely as I have lately and would have probably continued through life totally oblivious to what really makes me tick.
