Today something amazing happened. On the way home from picking up my son Carson from school, we were jamming out to Scream & Shout by will.i.am. So let me back up a bit... a few years to be exact. When Adam and I used to drive around, he would do these most awesomely ridiculous dance moves. They were like so hilarious and embarrassing to the point you couldnt make eye contact with him, but at the same time you wanted to watch because his cool factor was so undeniable. These times and memories of Adam are some of my favorites. So back to today.. Out of the blue, Carson starts busting out with the EXACT SAME DANCE MOVES that Adam used to do!!!! I mean, it was like it WAS Adam!!! I felt so grateful. What a blessing. We lost Adam, but he is always with us. Not only is he always near in spirit, he also lives on through our beautiful 9 year old son, Carson. God is good.
