Today something happened you dont hear of often! One of our Pickens Co. Sheriffs Deputies had made a traffic stop. The vehicle contained 4 Hispanic males. The traffic stop started off as routine and quickly changed which resulted in a the Deputy being jumped by a couple of the Hispanic males. This happened on hwy 515 , there were a number of cars passed by and did nothing. There were however 2 guys that saw what was happening and stopped to help the officer. Thank God for people who are willing to get involved and do the right thing. They managed to assist the officer which resulted in the arrest of 2 Hispanic males. There are still people willing to get involved no matter the risk to do whats right. I want to say THANK YOU to these 2 Great guys!
