Today started out great. Levis eye exam went good. They said everything looked like it should and she could see no signs or causes of strokes. This is a huge praise!! Last night his picc line stopped working and they had to start another in his leg. He has phlebitus were it was on his scalp, which means the vein is swollen and inflamed. This could have been causing his CRP or inflammation rate to be going up and cause his platelets to drop so hopefully both of those things are better tomorrow. He cried a lot today like he was hungry or his belly hurt. So they decided to feed him just a small amount. He did not do well. His oxygen rate dropped and his rapid breathing returned. .this is a set back. He needs to eat to get stronger but his body is not ready to eat and breath at the same time. Please pray for this. This is huge. This will determine how quickly he gets to come home. This was very disheartening to me. I so want my baby home. My boys have only seen him once and that was in the transporter leading Mary Black... this was very overwhelming to all of us. Please pray for them. Im having trouble being a happy parent and a broken one all at the same time. This is so hard on so many levels. I love all 3 of my boys and its hard to be there for all 3 right now...please continue to pray for all of us. Ricky has almost run himself ragged trying to do everything and go see Levi at night and get up early in the morning for work. Sometimes I feel like we r going to make it and other times I feel like I am suffocating. ...I know God is in control and all things happen in his time...:) but I am praying he speeds up Levis recovery. That poor baby has been through so much. Thank you for your continued prayers. We need them desperately tonight...
