Today, the 114th Congress convenes for a new legislative session. It is an honor to serve for a new term as the employee of my 705,000 Western Pennsylvania bosses. Over the last two years, I have connected with my bosses at over 60 #CoffeeWithKeith events in all six counties, hosted over 23 telephone town halls, sent over 200,000 letters to constituents with questions or concerns, and resolved over 950 constituent cases for residents having problems with the federal government from SSI to VA benefits.
