Today, the House passed H.R. 4457, the Americas Small Business Tax Relief Act of 2014. By passing this Act, small business owners will be able to immediately deduct expenses such as investments in equipment, property, and computer software. We need to continue to pass laws, like H.R. 4457, to provide small businesses with the certainty they need to make investments, build their business, and create jobs.
