Today the JJ Rhatigans workers were brought to court by the company in a last desperate attempt to get a full injunction. JJ Rhatigans made all sorts of allegations against these men and the judge seen right through the lies and to the company not to waste the courts time anymore. JJ you must be hurting as this was the act of a desperate man. The managers you have are not managers. To manage is to find solutions to challenges not create problems. You need to look for those people who can control, coordinate, bring in the staff, organise and manage not antagonise and instigate conflict. We are open to talk and negotiation when you are ready but we are not going away. Thank you to all the people who have supported us. We salute you.
