Today, the One, Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church celebrates the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed. All Souls Day remind us of our end mission in life, that is, to be at the bosom of Our Lord Jesus Christ when our time here on earth ends. The Gospel today challenges us to live our Faith through our works and internalization to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to bury the dead, and to visit the imprisoned. Today, we pray for All the Faithful Departed that they may rest in Gods Peace and that their loved ones be always comforted. Indeed, with death, life is changed not ended. And with death, the promise of Christs Resurrection is manifested to its fullest. Requiem Aeternam dona eis Domine et lux perpetua luceat eis. Requiscat in pace. Amen.
