Today the center of low pressure is well to the southwest of the area, however its leaving us with a fairly saturated boundary layer, or the layer of air near the surface. This will give us a 40% chance of seeing drizzly showers today with some fog. Winds will be out of the NE 5-15mph. Highs will be able to manage 56 in Duluth, had to cut that temperature down due to cloud cover and breezy winds off the lake. Expect to see partly sunny skies, a few breaks in the clouds certainly possible, especially to the north. Tonight we will see foggy conditions again with lows around 43 in Duluth.
