Today the subject line in my inbox said: Very Upset Customer My heart broke when I thought someone was Very Upset with our business so I quickly opened the email ready to apologize and make it right, whatever it was! These were the lines I read: I just wanted you to know that I have lived in Nampa my whole life. I have been a member of every gym in this town, some more than once. My family is even a founding member of one with our name on a plaque in the lobby. I am totally what you would call a “resolutioner”. Every time I start, I only to last a week, maybe two, then pay for my membership in hopes that I’ll get motivated again. One time I paid a whole year up front thinking that spending all that money would definitely keep me going. It didn’t. I just want you to know that I am upset with Nampa Fit because I just found out about you guys – I heard you have been there for over 3 years and in the few weeks I’ve been going I have seen amazing changes in my body (down 12 pounds YIPPEE!!) and for the first time I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO GOING TO THE GYM! I have been to at least 10 classes and have never done the same thing twice. I think I’ve met a new friend or found someone I know every time. I am upset that you have been in the same spot for so long and I never knew about you. You should really get a sign. If that is Very Upset well take it!!! ~ And well work on the sign:)
