Today the sun is blazing at its strongest again! Its nice and warm outside and the plants now have the chance to suck up the sun rays, filled with life energy. It never seizes to amaze me at how the weather can change up here. Anyway, thanks to the masses of water coming down the past few days, some of the radishes have literally split, cause they took in so much! So today I will do a final harvest and leave a few to become plants that will give me seeds for next year. This transformation is just incredible. So today Ill surely be working in the garden again, at least for a while :-) After watching this video (youtu.be/qlTA3rnpgzU) we have made it a part of our vocabulary to say Solar Roadways! instead of Cool or Awesome. When you see the video you will understand :-D So having the sun out again today, bringing us this marvellous weather is totally Solar Roadways!. This mornings yoga nidra session was different than the other times. I just couldnt seem to stay focused! My mind was wandering everywhere and I think at some point I may have even dosed off... The interesting thing though, is that I felt incredibly relaxed after it. In the beginning of the audio track, the lady says that one can even reap from the benefits if one falls asleep during the practice. Until today I wasnt really sure how that should work and was a bit sceptical.
