Today the symptoms have settled heavily on my chest...I am extremely delicate and somewhat tearful as I splutter, cough and wheeze and have to work harder at relaxing than I had been again. I had a kind of breakthrough last night when I woke breathless and tensed up... I have over the past few months had to have guided meditations or other sound meditations playing to be able to let go into relaxing enough to breathe well enough to lie down to sleep when lungs are giving me this much grief...I played through in my head the meditation with the cosmic flush after bringing down the light of my own divinity...I managed without added assistance that depends on having something to hand to help me...I am going to do it with the recording later as it is still a deeper meditation but the practise can only help me reinforce the inner ability to comfort and heal the chaos of a moment out of balance...
