Today, the team was in Varadero Dolphinarium (we wish there were no such things anywhere in the world) and did a second part of the TNR (trap-neuter-release) program. Seventeen cats were fixed (only one was pregnant). We estimate that the whole colony is now sterilized - and the next step should be the installation of a cat cafe. Ingrid rushed back to Havana because her father is not well and awaiting a surgery, but we should have some details (and pictures) about the morning campaign shortly.
