Today, there were 2 Pakistani children testifying before Congress telling how a recent U.S. drone strike injured them & killed their grandma. It was described as heartbreaking testimony that visibly affected every member of Congress who attended. All FIVE (of the 435 members) who bothered to be there! I know its Saturday folks, but DAMN! And with 2 months left in the year, John Boehner has the House scheduled to work a whole 16 more days!! And for this we pay them $170 Gs/yr, provide them with health ins, travel, postage privileges, lifetime pensions, etc. By all means, take the rest of the year off, go home & raise $$$ so you can keep your sweet gigs. Its not like you have anything to do (like jobs or immigration bills you promised us). And their schedule for next year shows fewer work days next year than this year. Nice work, if you can get it...
