Today was Day 2 of my kettle bell workout. Below is what all i did. It totaled to 200 swings. After i finish the swings and the exercises in between. I finished my workout with some OBLIQUE TONERS i did 3 sets of 25 to each side which total 150 (75 each side). #currentsituation #fitness #sweaty #motivated #dedicated #determined healthy #showertime #kettlebell #workout 10 swings 10 crunches 15 swings 15 push-ups 25 swings 25 sit-ups 50 swings 50 knee highs ..........then....... 10 swings 10 knee highs 15 swings 15 sit-ups 25 swings 25 push-ups 50 swings 50 crunches
