Today was a day that no parent should ever have to undertake.....to say goodbye, and bury their 15 year old child! My son and I, had decided separately that we were not going to participate in St. Baldricks in 2014. We were both kind of tired of begging for money. We have both found other ways to pay it forward for those fighting cancer. BUT, Maddy died! So get ready to hear all the stories of kids who fought, and kids who died. We are coming back stronger than before. I havent set my personal goal yet, but come January 2014 we will be raising funds to beat this demon called childhood cancers! We will fight until we win! If you want to join our fight......by joining our team to raise funds, let Gary Timpe or I know! No amount is too small to donate to save the life of a child. 97 percent of all money raised goes to Childhood Cancer research!
